Is it a bug or a requirement?  In either case, it probably needs fixing 
rather than FAQ'ing.

I still haven't gotten a reply from Brian about the INC bug that shows 
up in Inline::C when you're using Inline::CPP.  The latter uses the 
former extensively and both are over about 2 years old.
