There was a discussion on the module-build list ~6mo ago IIRC.
Currently, I don't think Inline.pm code is supported. The suggested
hack was to use the -MInline=...INSTALL=1 or some-such interface. It
seems that Inline needs some volunteers (better yet, bring back the
corporate backing!)
