Hi,
I have had Inline::C code installed on my mac for more than a year now and
everything worked well. All of a sudden today approx 1 hour ago all my Inline C
code has stopped compiling. Code that I haven't touched in months has stopped
working too!!! This is the error I get when I try to compile them..

perl pvalueCalculation.pm
/usr/bin/perl /System/Library/Perl/5.8.8/ExtUtils/xsubpp -typemap
/System/Library/Perl/5.8.8/ExtUtils/typemap pvalueCalculation_pm_19fe.xs >
pvalueCalculation_pm_19fe.xsc && mv pvalueCalculation_pm_19fe.xsc
pvalueCalculation_pm_19fe.c
make: *** No rule to make target
`/System/Library/Perl/5.8.8/darwin-thread-multi-2level/CORE/EXTERN.h', needed
by `pvalueCalculation_pm_19fe.o'. Stop.

A problem was encountered while attempting to compile and install your Inline
C code. The command that failed was:
  make > out.make 2>&1

The build directory was:
/Users/gathreya/MyWork/convertingPerlToC/differentVersionsOfRecombinationProgram/V1.21/libPvalueCalculation/_Inline/build/pvalueCalculation_pm_19fe

To debug the problem, cd to the build directory, and inspect the output files.

 at pvalueCalculation.pm line 15
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at pvalueCalculation.pm line 651.

I do not remember deleting any files except the _Inline directory. I upgraded
my OS a couple of days ago to Leopard but do not think this could be a problem
because the code worked as recently as an hour ago. Though I have back ups of
my code, this seems to be a bigger problem. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

Thanks a lot,
Gayathri
