And that should make the build process use the tcc compiler.
However, there may well be some additional flags you need to specify when
using tcc, or perhaps even some flags removed .... I don't know. See the
section "C Configuration Options" in 'perldoc Inline::C' for a listing of
the configuration options you can specify.
If you want to make tcc the *default* compiler for Inline::C, I would think
you would need to build Inline::C using that compiler.
