Subject: Build with Berkeley DB / zlib and CURRENT

Hi all,
If you are using CURRENT (2.6.0) with Berkeley DB support, please note
that the --with-berkeleydb configure flag has been renamed to --with-bdb
so you should now use this new flag, if needed.
Also note that new --with-bdb-include, --with-bdb-lib,
--with-zlib-include, and --with-zlib-lib configure flags have been added
so as to mention non-standard paths to Berkeley DB and zlib libraries.
Another change:
If the Berkeley DB library is found at configure time, INN will now be
built with support for it unless the --without-bdb flag is explicitly
passed to configure.
Note that it was already the default behaviour for zlib support when
Berkeley DB support was also enabled.
If you notice anything suspicious during your builds of CURRENT with
Berkeley DB, please report the issue you are facing.
