Hi Brad, I don't know of a recent refactoring of the v4 optimizers. I don't know how the wrapping works, but I noticeed e.g. this filename in the error: itkGradientDescentOptimizerv4Java.cpp. The presumed original source file itkGradientDescentOptimizerv4.cxx is still in the same place it's been. -M
