Hi Brad,
actually, I have looked into the mechanism of ITK and think I have understood
it. I have also found the static initialization routine.
Nevertheless (see my original e-mail), LoadDynamicFactories is not called in
the current version, neither in static initialization, nor in CreateInstance.
In the meantime, I have added the LoadDynamicFactories() call as the last line
in InitializeFactoryList() (this part of the function is executed if there is
not yet a list, so it is only called once), and now the mechanism works as
expected and my .dll loads. This might be a wrong location for this kind of fix
though. If you have a better suggestion in mind, please let me know.
