Follow-up:

The migration is now complete.  The new clone commands are:

  git clone git://git.code.sf.net/p/itk/code ITK
  git clone git://git.code.sf.net/p/itk/code ITK

Note that the recommended clone URL remains

  git clone http://itk.org/ITK.git
