I am having a problem building ITKv4 on Window7 64bit with Microsoft Visual
Studio Professional 2008.

Every builds fine with the 32 bit compilers.

I figure it is a Visual Studio configuration problem. But at a lost how to
track it down. When Visual Studio was installed on this machine, the
installation was pushed by my IT department and did not include the 64 bit
compilers. I then had to go back to the original installer to get the 64 bit
compilers installed.

I have this problem when building itkhdf5 and I have had this problem building
itksys (specifcally the ProcessFwd... code). Both hdf5 and itksys do some heavy
mojo related to generating files from tools built by the build process.
