It looks like it may help to add something like:
ProgressReporter progress( this, 0, this->m_MaximumNumberOfIterations );
in line 119 (before the beginning of the while loop for number of
iterations) of:
Modules/Filtering/DisplacementField/include/itkInvertDisplacementFieldImageFilter.hxx
and then add:
progress.CompletedPixel() ;
in line 167 (before closing the while loop for iterations) of the same
file.

It will also need the #include for the ProgressReporter class.
