I’m taking over and completing work on a patch by a student of Hans Johnson. The patch was started as a class assignment, and the student is no longer working on it.
One of my first acts is to merge 2 different gerrit topics together, since one depended on the other. So now, one of the patches needs to be abandoned but the owner of the patch is no longer around to abandon it.
