Yes. UpdateOutputInformation() is the public method that a user wants to call. GenerateOutputInformation() is a protected member that the algorithm implemented defines. > Why? It is possible that GenerateOutputInformation() will not generate the correct output information; unlike UpdateOutputInformation(), it does not ensure that the inputs that it is generating its output information from have been updated.
