I have. It has internal compiler error a few hundred times when compiling ITK. I submitted the issue to Microsoft. Beta 3 or 4 (I don't remember which one I tried) compiled ITK without issues - but that version was still using the old compiler toolchain (v140). 2017 RC uses toolset v141.
