Geoff Hurst has set up a Uniting Church site (hmm not sure why). Anyway, as a part of that site he has enlisted my help to create a database of graphics and images of Australia. Thus the title for the database: Image Australia
The purpose is to provide a free image resource so that Christians can access images from our own country and culture for multi-media presentations in their ministry and worship.
The database is VERY small at the moment since I have just started slowly adding some of my own pictures. The idea is that people using the database contribute their own pictures (don’t submit other people’s pictures to make sure there aren’t any copyright problems). In submitting the photos you are agreeing that your images can be used for any non-commercial church use.
You have to become a member first (free) and then you can access/contribute pictures.

You will see the link on that page to “IMAGE AUSTRALIA”. I hope this works out to be a useful tool. I sure know I need it!
