As an unordained Mark II person, may I say it matters not one iota to me. What matters to me, is being obedient to what God calls me to do, Sue

Yes, but if I may return this discussion to seriousness while changing the slant a little, spare a thought for the many people who want to be obedient to what God has called them to do, yet their church won't let them (women's ordination, GLBT ordination, publicly gay and a church member, are just a few examples). The differences between "God ordained", "church ordained" and "theological college ordained" expose some practical dilemmas most churches haven't yet come to terms with.
