Hey All,

A little pedanticism if I may for a moment regarding threads and the oft
noticed unrelated replies in threads on Insights.

A good email client (I know, most of you still use Outlook ;-]) bases
threaded replies on more than just the subject line of an email, using
headers in the actual email body itself that most email clients don't
(and needn't) show.

As a result, sending a 'new subject' to Insights by selecting an
unrelated message and then clicking reply will see this message appear
as part of an unrelated thread, making the practice of following
interesting threads more cumbersome.

A couple of solutions exist, neither which are that tricky.

You could insert the email address for Insights (or any other list) in
your address book and then just use this. This does however involve a
little work, and if your reading you insights mail and a new insight
comes to you, then it may just seem a little to much work (it is after
all easier to just hit reply and start a new 'subject').

The other alternative is to click on the email address for insights that
is displayed at the top of the insights email you're reading. This will
open a new message ready to go to insights without all the 'unrelated'
threading information.

It will also mean that new subjects don't end up being embedded in
unrelated threads.

I will say no more. Thank you for bearing with me ;-]
