Triple J's hack has just let
us know that the Anti-Gay Marriage Legislation passed in the last 30
minutes. Federal parliament passed it with Labor's support, apparently they killed the discussion with their numbers. The first time the guillitine rule has been used since December 2002 Pardon me while I go and headbutt a wall. Whilst we're at it, does anyone remember the song from a couple years ago that went: "Australia Don't become America" Well, I'm afraid for us at the moment... Looks like we are trying to become America. And I have an unatural craving for McDonalds... For news on the legislation... well, it's not online yet, give it 30 minutes.
