UNIVERSITY OF NEW SOUTH WALES AT THE AUSTRALIAN DEFENCE FORCE ACADEMY
SEMINAR AND THE ECONOMIC SOCIETY PUBLIC LECTURE - 14-15 SEPTEMBER 2004

The purpose of this is to advise personnel of the University of New South
Wales at the Australian Defence Force Academy (ADFA) Seminar and the
Economic Society Public Lecture.

Professor Larry Iannaccone, a prominent United States economist and an
expert on the economics of religious extremism and terrorism is visiting
Canberra and ADFA in September. His visit is funded jointly by the
University of New South Wales, the Australian National University and the St
Marks National Theological Centre, an economics and religion group.

The seminar is being run by the School of Business at the Academy and the
Public Lecture is being run jointly with the Economic Society. Details of
the events are:
