Is Norma Brown on this list?
I read her comments on the Psalm out of With Love to the World today.
I think she is too kind to the Psalmist.
I think the Psalmist is just doing the human thing … try to blame everyone else, get good for him/herself, avoid responsibility etc etc.
Norma talks about it being good that we can be honest with our thoughts before. True, but the honesty reflects the eternally paralysing human condition of “ITS NOT MY FAULT! – kick their butt not mine!”
Where do we go from here?
