True, although having suffered (in a different denomination) through the truth being described as "merely gossip" when the official line from the denomination was outright lies, only publicly proven to be lies as a direct result of the "gossip" continuing to be discussed for 7 years, such a policy raises all sorts of concerns for me.
In any case, Stephen Webb is checking with the bosses for me. Hopefully he'll post something official to this list, seeing I've raised it here. And thanks, Gordon, for your piece of info too.
