I will go over the books to refresh my knowledge with the RailSpace
book and play around with my own branch.

Even if I'm not a hardcore coder I can surely help out with
localization.
I'm probably unable to implement the localization it self but I can
handle the French translations if it's interest you?

BTW: Is there anywhere a planned feature list ?
