Could you post an example of code that doesn't work? Most displayed text on Insoshi is processed by the Rails 'sanitize' method to prevent cross-site scripting attacks. It might disable YouTube embeddings as a side-effect.
YouTube integration is on our list of features to add (http://insoshi.lighthouseapp.com/projects/9331/insoshi-roadmap). Anyone want to tackle this? Supposedly there's a Rails plugin for the YouTube API.
