I had to use tarball because my shared host doesn't have git installed. My host did install the necessary gems for me, which was cool. But no, that file (actually teh "technoweenie" directory) isn't actually there. Strange.
Is that an indication that I need more than just that one file? or if I put that file/folder there would that fix the issue? Also, where would I even find that file/folder to download?
