Stian, I am so pumped to hear this information! I had given up on trying to 'pigeon-hole' the Insoshi project into my Windows XP laptop. I too, am using Netbeans 6.1 and found that when I interrogated their GEM offerings they had 2 for Ferret. One was a 'acts_as_ferret' the other was simply 'ferret'. I seem to recall the acts_as_ferret is already in the Vendor/plugins when I grabbed the source from insoshi. Did you simply download the ferret = 0.11.5 and NOT ask for the newest? I am grateful for your comments on this. Kathleen [EMAIL PROTECTED]
