Hello, I'm looking for setup help. I can pay $350 flat fee for someone to install a social networking site. Prefer insoshi, but am open to other like elgg or other open source. Use a shared webhost if possible to reduce cost, eg dreamhost. Show me (a non-programmer with a ms-dos/ windoze background and client) how to administer day-to-day functions, like forums, profiles, etc. (I have almost zero unix and almost zero programming skills (wrote a few short scripts in perl), so some hand- holding required). Prefer someone who's already done something similar before.
