Thanks Vivek.

The sqlite3.dll error is fixed .. just needed to copy the DLL to DLL to the
/ruby/bin directory.

Now it seems I have FreeImage specific errors.

I am much closer to installing Insoshi than yesterday ... this is good
progress for a noobie (pats on his own back)
