The installation documentation on portal.insoshi.com is different to the documentation on Github. It still talks about ferret while the current git master has the proper instructions for sphinx/ultrasphinx. I recommend eitehr updating the Documentation on portal.insoshi.com or rather pointing people to the installation instructions that are part of the git repo.
