I just want to follow up (in case anyone is thinking of buying one), and
say that my 3Com 575, purchased at end of July does not work at all in
Linux. It has a different PCMCIA card ID code than the ones listed in the
driver, and also seems to have a somewhat different driver interface. I
still have it, but bought a cheap Linksys 16-bit card to use until the day
the new 575 does work.
