I was finally going to get around to trying to properly install
RedHat5.1 next week, and would like to avoid the problems I had when I
tried this a few weeks back.
(1) Does anyone know how to get AcceleratedX 4.1 working properly with
RedHat5.1? This was the central point of problems I had before, as
everything more or less fell apart after I tried reinstalling the
RedHat packages (like XFree86-libs) a la the XiG instructions for
installing with RedHat5.0.
(2) What can I expect to be different if I go instead with the
RedHat XBF_NeoMagic X server, and does anyone with experience with
both servers have relative comments about the two systems?
