You need to specify /dev/hda1 partition as the place of installation
tree.
The RedHat/ directory from the root of CD -- the one containing base/,
RPMS/, instimage/ -- must be copied to the root directory of this
partition.
Also make sure that the partition is FAT16, not FAT32.
