Dear all, Thanks to Tudor Hulubei <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> I've find out why I needed to manually restart network services after booting RedHat 5.1 on my inspiron 3200 with a 3c575 3Com ethernet PCMCIA card . For runlevel 3 the network services where started before the PCMCIA services, so I just needed to change the order with tksysv.
