I realize there has been some discussion of drivers for the ATI rage
cards. Currently, I am trying to get a 4meg version up and running.
Xigraphics supports this configuration (at least they were not interested
in trading a month of my laptops time for the laptop drivers). However,
they did express and interest in the 8meg model. Anyway, I tried Steve's
software only solution (new ATI Mach driver and his config). I get "not
enough memory." This is a plausible error except Steve's configuration
runs the monitor at 640X600X8. 4megs of memory should take me out to
1024X768X8. Any ideas?

Swap Partitions
By the way has anyone figured out how to use the same block for both
windows swap file and Linux's. Seems like a shame to waste 64megs.

P.S. I did a clean install of Redhat 5.1 and reinstall of windows. That
all seemed to go smoothly.
