I wonder if any of you have observed this problem. In Netscape, when I read my mail, I occasionally see the ' (single quote) character shown as a `?' (I have determined that it's supposed to be a single quote by the context). This also used to happen when I browsed some web sites. My own, in fact, used to appear with single quotes appearing as question marks. Somehow, I now only have this problem with the message center.
