This is kind of hard to explain, so I just put the stuff that
happens when I type things. Things in [] are physical actions rather than
commands. The line that says after apm --suspend means that has been done
and the lines after that have happened after typing apm --suspend.
Generally: after I do a suspend and push the button to turn the computer
back on, I have to eject and reinsert the card physically, the cardctl
eject ; cardctl insert doesn't cut it.
cardctl eject ; cardctl insert works fine
cardctl suspend ; cardctl resume works fine
apm --suspend ; [power back on] cs: socket 1 timed out during reset
after apm --suspend ; [power back on]
cardctl suspend ; cardctl resume cs: socket 1 timed out during reset
cardctl eject ; cardctl insert cs: socket 1 timed out during reset
[pop the card and reinsert] works fine
