That looks to me like either a memory error or a virtual memory problem.
How much drive space is left? I'm assuming that if you just got it the HD
space is fine. Go into the virtual memory section of 98 and try setting a
space yourself. If none of this works, i'd use dell's diag program and
test out your memory. As a last step i'd re-install IE and finally if none
of that works, re-install 98.
