Did you know that a "mount -F hsfs nameofiso.iso /mountpoint" does the
same? Lofiadm is not needed at all for quite some time in nevada.

Personally all I ever do after updating the LU pkgs is:

#lucreate newBE
#luupgrade -u -n newBE -s /isomountpoint
#luactivate (after checking the upgrade msgs)
#init 6
