Are you sure you have updated Live Upgrade software:

# pkgrm SUNWluu SUNWluzone SUNWlur SUNWlucfg
# pkgadd -d /mnt/Solaris_11/Product SUNWlucfg SUNWlur SUNWluu SUNWluzone

Plus, have you done a upgrade before otherwise
# lucreate -c b111a   -n  S114
