Thanks a lot for the hint.
Since i am still trying to just 'crawl' and am far from being able to 'walk'
(forget - 'run') with OpenSolaris, i went to the webpage -
http://pkg.opensolaris.org/contrib/en/catalog.shtml
and there i saw the line -
opera 9.64,5.11-0.101:20090428T172804Z Install
Manifest
So, i could just click on 'Install' and got the job done for the time being.
However, now i need to understand about how to "add the contr****epo" and also
where i can get help to use the "pfexec pkg install mysoftware" as mentioned by
**** Hoogendijk;
AND/OR also - how i get the systemV pkgs as mentioned by Vikram Dutta.
