Barbie: Can you login as jack/jack and see whether there is a core file ? Since the file system is full, this means something core dump and we need to see whether there is a core file available.It will be good if you can attach the core file if it is available.
Once you login as jack/jack, you can get the output of prtconf -v so that we can see what hardwares are on your x4540. Thanks !!!
