It's a left-over that you can delete (I thought it would be
automatically deleted on upgrade by the r.manifest class action
script, but I've noticed it wasn't on one of my systems and had
another person complain it wasn't).
kdmconfig went away in 118 with the rest of Xsun on x86 systems.
