You forgot:

        /mnt/Solaris_11/Tools/Installers/liveupgrade20


Also, as a tip for upgrading snv_118 or later, first pkgadd the
SUNWpkgcmdsu from the new release as it will improve the time needed for
install.

With zfs, there's only ONE menu.lst (/rpool/boot/menu.lst)
