I am trying to configure ethernet adapter on latest macbook. Ethernet adapter available on this is nVidia. Following is the prtconf output ************************************************** Node name: pci10de,cb79 Vendor: nVidia Corporation binding name: pci10de,cb79 devfs path: /pci at 0,0/pci10de,cb79 compatible name: (pci10de,aae.10de.cb79.b2)(pci10de,aae.10de.cb79)(pci10de,cb79)(pci10de,aae.b2)(pci10de,aae)(pciclass,060100)(pciclass,0601) driver name: unknown acpi-namespace: _SB_.PCI0.LPCB assigned-addresses: 81001810 reg: 1800 compatible: pci10de,aae.10de.cb79.b2 model: ISA bridge power-consumption: 1 66mhz-capable: TRUE fast-back-to-back: TRUE devsel-speed: 0 max-latency: 0 min-grant: 0 subsystem-vendor-id: 10de subsystem-id: cb79 unit-address: 3 class-code: 60100 revision-id: b2 vendor-id: 10de device-id: aae ************************************************** I wanted to know whether driver available at http://homepage2.nifty.com/mrym3/taiyodo/eng/ site can be used for this. I tried to make the driver with Sun compiler and I am not able to get the obj. Do I need to use gcc compiler instead of Sun compiler to get it compiled. -- This message posted from opensolaris.org
