I should add, that the middle menu choice won't work. I created it when I tried to get x86 to work like sparc does, but I never did manage to make it work, and I just never removed it.
Also I haven't tried the last one in a while, but it should allow you to select an interactive install if you want one, but you have that already! ;) If you aren't using a serial console, you can leave out the -B console=...,ttya-mode=... -Kyle Sean Alderman wrote: > Might anyone have a suggestion? > What are the kernel args that the grub menu lists? It should look something like the options in first entry in the attached menu.lst As for moving this to a linux boot server, I found it very easy to do the opposite, boot and install Linux from a solaris boot server, but if you really must have linux, may I suggest at least for your solaris clients, dump pxelinux (not that it's bad - I've never tried it) and use the pxegrub(I've never had a problem with it.) that comes with solaris directly. I use only pxegrub and boot and install RH, and Solaris all the time. I have SLES setup but haven't tried it yet. -Kyle -------------- next part -------------- An embedded and charset-unspecified text was scrubbed...
