Ok, well all I know at this stage is that the keyboard and mouse don't work and do on the other operating systems he has run there (windows, freebsd, openbsd, centos afaik). I still have access to the pc, so is there some more info you want from me? Can you install over serial line? If so, I could give you a prtconf (or anything you think could help).
