What would lead you to that assumption based on the failure message? I'm no expert on live upgrade, but the error you're encountering appears (to the casual observer) to indicate that there is something wrong with the /net/netinstall/export/nv/combined.x_wos/104 directory and it's contents and nothing to do with the snv_104 BE. I'm not saying it couldn't be something else and this error is just bogus, but it's worth investigating. Did you set that dir up? How did you do it/etc? Cheers, -- Glenn
