Thanks for the help of many guys (Iain MacDonnell, Casper Dik) from this forum I figured out one of my problems with JumpStart. My grub menu looks like this:
cat /tftpboot/boot/grub/menu.lst default=0 timeout=30 title Solaris_10 Jumpstart kernel /I86PC.Solaris_10-2/multiboot kernel/unix -v -m verbose install -B output-device=ttya,input-device=ttya,install_config=192.168. 4.4:/export/ins tall/jumpstart,sysid_config=192.168.4.4:/export/install/jumpstart,install_media= 192.168.4.4:/export/install/x86_10,install_boot =192.168.4.4:/export/install/ x86_10/boot module /I86PC.Solaris_10-2/x86.miniroot I am continuing working on the first interaction: to boot the machine directly from network. - Hugo This message posted from opensolaris.org
