         I believe the proposal is to move the contents to an existing package 
that had the proper SUNW_PKGTYPE=root and SUNW_PKG_HOLLOW=false.

        I looked around and SUNWcsr fits the description.  However, before we 
discuss moving things to SUNWcsr.  It will be better for the Zones team 
to discuss whether this is approriate and how to move this forward.

        If this is for S10 Update 4, I do not see problem with upgrade as long 
as the proper *ph files are delivered to handle upgrade if contents were 
moved to a different package.
