Thanks for the info you have given me already. I don't mean to be 
adversarial on this package in particular, but it is the current example 
of something that I think is happenning way too often in solaris lately. 
Package dependencies seem to be out of control. That is the real issue 
that is bugging me right now. So while rmvolmg,dbus, and hal discussion 
probably should move to the tamarack list, I think the wider discussion 
of runaway pkg dependencies should stay here.
