Problem solved. After noticing there were no packages with a build number past 101, I took a look at the pkg.opensolaris.org/dev repository and saw there were build 110 packages there. I switched to pointing at that repository and was able to install SUNWdistro-const fine.
This begs the question though: should the dev versions of OpenSolaris point at the dev repository by default? -- This message posted from opensolaris.org
