Okay, so you're still on b101 using the stable /release repository.

Updates to the packaging system are currently only available from the 
/dev repository.

Which contrib and pending repositories were you using?

If you are using the ones from jucr.opensolaris.org, they're currently 
experiencing technical difficulties.
